Hehe! You poor thing!! Darn that Dr. Pepper, but it's sooo good! LOL! That is how I am with coffee, I've never had an ostomy bag, but coffee ALWAYS makes me sprint to the bathroom every morning at work... But I just can't stop myself from drinking it!! I figure at least I know to expect it now... hehe! Do you guys have big plans for the weekend?? The quitting smoking has been going okay, I've come to a standstill, I'm still at about 3-5 a day :( oh well, its still a huge improvement from where I was! I have an infusion tomorrow afternoon, then my best friend's son's bday party is on Saturday, after that I hope to relax and maybe lay by the pool. Hope to hear from ya soon!!! <3
Taylor-the weekend was BUSY! Since school is out for summer our business at the sheriff's office has doubled! There is nothing for the kids to do around here and they get into all sorts of trouble that our parents would have beaten our butts over. I hope the smoking thing is getting better for you! Me and this ostomy have our days. Twice this week it has erupted on me. Once was last night at work. Thankfully it just got on me and the bathroom floor. I've been on a cherry Dr Pepper kick lately! Not good for the bag! I hope that you are doing well. Love the pooch pics! I bought Shadow a new camoflage collar cause his harness was rubbing all his hair off. He's thinks he's hot stuff now! I wll holler at ya later. Gotta get a nap if I'm going to be civil with my public tonight!
I'm glad things are starting to look up! Quitting smoking has definitely been a challenge, and I'm still not completely over it... But I have improved! I am at about 3-4 a day... When I had started out at 15... Pretty good, but I would like to be at ZERO! Lol. How is your weekend going?? Mine is pretty good, just spent a lot of time relaxing and at the pool. Sorry for not keeping up on here better. I'm doing a little better every day. Trying to gain back weight I lost after surgery and I'm getting sort of used to this ostomy thing. How's the stopping smoking working out? I'm about to start drinking myself! My job is about to drive me to it! Wish I could wear my lounge pants to work cause jeans are getting on my nerves. I hope you are doing well. Going back to work now...... :p

I'm having mixed emotions! I'm happy one minute and scared out of my wits the next. If it weren't for finding this place and meeting all of you I don't know if I could do it and not lose my mind!! Awww!! Well I hope by now that you've been able to catch up on your sleep!!!!! I always have to get my sleep lol! Im usually passed out on my couch at about 9:15 every evening, then my boyfriend has to like, drag me from the couch to my room hahahah!! I'm really bad about that! I just need my beauty sleep lol!! Yes, I have my infusion on Friday so I'll be happy to get that over and done with. I hope your cousin has good results in the clinical trial!! Hopefully we'll discover some good new drugs lol! Hey Taylor! It's going.....really....slowly! LOL~just a perk of the night shift. I rather prefer it because it's alot more quiet. I actually had a pretty good New Year's eve. I planned on sleeping thru it. (was very behind on my sleep) But my new neighbors (moved in one week ago) decided to shoot fireworks at 11:15pm. And all the dogs had to bark too. So I watched re-runs of Extreme Home Makeover til 2 and decided I'd clean house. Do I need ta get a life or what? I hope everything goes well with your infusion! How is it working out for you so far? My cousin is about to start a drug trial for his CD. I told him about the one I'm on for my UC so he mentioned it to his doc and they're getting him into one now. I hope you are doing well and stay in touch!

Hey Taylor~I wish we had big plans. It's just me, my mom and grandma. Oh-and the pooches. I'll be working nights Christmas eve and Christmas night. We are having a bbq at work for all the ppl. on our shift since we all have to work. I just got back from Wal Mart and jeeeeeeeeez.........almost had a nervous breakdown! I hope you have wonderful holiday and get to enjoy your time off. Santa Paws (my puppy) got mom a new digital camera so hopefully I'll have plenty of pics by the end of the week!
