    Hi, I have your warm weather you want, 90 here, blech.  Too hot and I feel feverish so it's even worse.  I still have this cold thing, it's so annoying.  It sounds like it was a good thing my grandpa went to the hospital, he wasn't eating or drinking.....or smoking, which means he must be really sick!   I have given up on this weekend but hoping for a nice April, so glad to see my family soon.

    Sorry, I've been MIA lately. Just got back from the dr. Two bags of fluids, pain meds, Lomotil, and a shot later, I may just feel like a new woman tomorrow. Not sure if it is Crohn's or a virus, but either way it sucks! Hope you're having a good week.

    hello Ms Kendra. a quick question on your meds,  have you tried probiotics, and what about Questran/ cholestyamine to absorb some of the excess bile salts?  There are a few folks using that, and it has a benefit of lowering your cholesterol too....

    And sometimes, dietary changes can ease the diarrhea too, like Gluten/ Casein/ Lactose free;  really hope that you few better soon!
