Back from the colonoscopy and EGD, looks like "probably mild Crohn's" but that may just mean the Remicade and other meds have mostly been working, mainly in Cecum and sigmoid colon, will find out more when the biopsy results come in.  Massive esophageal candidiasis, going on 3 weeks of Diflucan, could be related to the worsening of symptoms I had after my last Remicade infusion.  GERD, so that could indeed account for the respiratory symptoms.
