    no, the other book is called the Book of Lists..3rd edition...the upcoming video has a segment out of jim langs book..I will try to get it done soon!

    Amanda..you need to eat to keep up your strength..its such a vicious circle...if you can let me know stuff that you like, I can help you try to make it so it doesnt hurt but still tastes good, or do you just need some new ideas of what to try..hang in there sweetie!

    Amanda..sorry about the scoliosis..my youngest daughter started having probelms with it when she was about thirteen..she had to wait until she was 18 to get a breast reduction and that really helped her out...the xrays of her back before and after the reduction were amazing..would this be an issue that is agravating your back? Not that you need any more docs, but I know it helped for Ellie. Hang in there kiddo!

    I'm happy you are feeling somewhat better... I know I have had problem after problem and the drs are starting to look at me like i'm making it up. Go figure. I have scoliosis as well and it has been hurting so bad that I could barely walk. The dr wasn't going to do anything. I requested an Xray on tues morning and I am just now hearing back from the office about 2 minutes ago. They haven't Xrayed my back in over 2 years to see if the scoliosis had become worse. Now that its summer its not like the Crohns is going to slow down any so we can do some fun things with the kids. :-(

    My finger still is throbbing and I am having some fissure issues..the heat and humidity are not helping either...but other than that I am feeling ok...hows its going being at home? Kinda wierd isnt it?
